Wonder if they will increase butchers encounter span. Not everyone runs a build that deletes him in 10s. If you increase his health you’re going to need to increase his duration.
Now I know to just let the Butcher kill me in two seconds than try to kite him for 5 minutes and get crap loot because I value my time.
