How good is the exp , is it just like a normal dungeon? If so dps get those fast ques now like tank / healer to boost exp/h
First thing in this expansion that I'm actually looking forward to.
Finally, a way to test out new classes without wasting the time of other players.
This is really cool! I hope they add a few more characters that can be followers in future but this is a good start! (Really I just wanna see Johnny Awesome again)
I tried it and I noticed something. I run Uldaman. Tank NPC had the lead and it tried to avoid some groups of mobs by walking near the wall (not sure if was on purpose), but the hunter did pull them anyway and had to come back. I thought it was very funny.
Thats the only reason I would come tback to play this game solo
A taste of delve dungeons I take it.
When EQ did this, it was the actual death knell of the game. The social fabric fell apart and once people didn't need to play together, once they could achieve their goals no time with a robot helper, they just stopped playing entirely. But I'm sure that won't happen in WoW, right? Everyone seems so happy, so it must be good! Surely, it's not that they're too young/inexperienced to know how MMORPGs have done the same thing and died for it, surely.
Does anyone run normal versions of dungeons now that we are in 10.2?Would be cool to have this for heroics and mythics, maybe eventually for 10man raids. Or, have them for legacy raids. Still cool, just very late.
A few more things I have found:- When you are a healer and at low mana, the NPC tank will stop pulling and wait for you to regain mana.- You can change your talent when not in combat. And if you change to a different role like to a tank/healer/DPS, a dialog will ask you to confirm and the NPC parties will adjust accordingly.- When you tell the NPC to lead, it will actually teach you some dungeon specific mechanics from time to time. For example, at the start of the Algeth'ar Academy, the leading NPC will explain how you have to hop over to begin the dungeon, and how you can talk to the NPC to gain a buff.
This looks pretty cool, but I hope that it has a bit of customization eventually. Like if you don't want to play with Dragonscale Expedition members or you want to play with a Horde group, or people from your Legion campaign or something.
Make the AI party ur choice of ur alts, they gain xp so u lvl 5 at a time + the loot goes to ur warband
This looks like it has a lot of potential. I know several people with quests they've never completed, because they are over grouping with random people. It'd be nice to see the ability to customize our stable of NPCs over time from a cosmetic standpoint, since most (but not all) races can be of these NPCs' classes at this point.
I love this. Can't wait to see where it goes in the future.
