Can we get Nightborne Druids? Learn from ValeWalker Farodin and have the Nightborne find the teachings of Arcan'dor which balance arcane and nature.Nightborne share the same religion as the night elves before the sundering so they all believed in Elune and the well of eternity. They are much the same elves as the Night elves. Also Nightborne know nature magic especially High Botanist Tel'arn, so other Nightborne can learn nature and arcane and become powerful balance Druids through the Arcan'dor and Farodin. He can bring back the order that created the Arcan'dor and as well go back to the emerald dream and receive the blessing of Cenarius to learn Druidism. Elune can't abandon her forgotten children who had to protect themselves with a bubble. There are signs of Elune and Nightborne acknowledging her.
So if the Thorngale's are going to rejoin the Night Elves does this mean the red flame druid skin will be available to players?
How about instead of Druids of the Flame - another group of night elf victims turned evil after their genocide - they're actually Forsaken of the Flame? Forsaken that got sick of all the carebear Kumbaya, Weenie Hut Jr. hugboxing going on, and joined Fryak just to burn things down for the lulz.A group of renegade horde that enjoyed terrorizing the alliance makes more sense than another group of angsty teen night elves that want to crap on a heritage that protects them from becoming recolored humans.
It just rings a bit hollow... garrosh for example even with all the narrative whiplash his writing got at least had a motivation that made sense. You could understand his perspective. The problem with trying to make them seem confused and vulnerable is well... they are &*!@ing druids made of fire. It's like trying to make a seven foot tall dwarfed. It's not easy to do.
oh cool.
I love the idea of having major historical events have not only mental and physical scarring but magical as well. I'm really enjoying the new writers fleshing out the impacts of past events on the populations of the world. In shadowlands we were kind of cut off from all the events of azeroth so this has been a breath of fresh air.
