Has anyone noticed Divine Toll not giving holy power in Prot? The talent tooltip says it gives one per target hit but sometimes randomly I'm getting no holy power from it.

I did some testing and here is what I found out:

My paladin was Kyrian before setting off to Dragon Isles. I'm using a macro for Divine Toll with @mouseover and it seems like the game tries to cast the Kyrian version of DT randomly, which results in no holy power. I checked, the Kyrian ability has no mention of giving holy power as before Avenger's Shield did by default and now in DF it doesn't.
After switching away from Kyrian, my macro works as intended giving me holy power consistently.

I already reported this bug to Blizzard but leaving this comment here for anyone who finds this bug on their character.

This ability is quite interesting. I think that it actually hits twice. I noticed this while farming souls for A Feast of Souls. This spell allowed me to oneshot enemies and get souls at the same time. To get souls for this quest, you need to tag an enemy before killing it. It will put a debuff which collects a soul after killing this enemy.
